First of all. - If you have a perfectly good working SQL 2000 server you can probably skip this section (or at least part of it).

However. - If you're not so sure your SQL server is 'not so healthy' or has problems, you might want to consider de-installing it and re-installing it including upgrading it to a later 'service pack'.

Our pages covering these steps includ LOTS of screen-shots. - So if you have a MS Server 2003 installation, you can folow our instructions to the letter.

If you do do a complete re-installation, the time required on our server waa a little over 30 minutes.
